Return and Refund Policy

– We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or store credit.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

– To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Time Frame: The return must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the original delivery date.
  • Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused with all original tags still attached.
  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, if applicable.
  • Non-Eligible Items: The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:
    • Undergarments, Lingerie, and Bodysuits
    • Books and Magazines

RETURN PROCESS

– Follow these steps to successfully return your item:

  • Initiate Return: Log in to your customer account and navigate to the "Order History" section. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return and follow the on-screen instructions to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Packaging: Securely package the item(s) with the RA number clearly noted on the outside of the package or on a slip inside.
  • Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method (like USPS Priority Mail or UPS) as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
    • Optional Introductory Offer: For the first 30 days, we will offer free return shipping on all orders over $75.
  • Return Address: Ship the package to the address provided with your RA confirmation.

REFUND and PROCESSING

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility requirements (Section 2).
  • Processing Time: Approved returns will be processed within 5-7 business days after arrival at our facility.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear back in your account, depending on your bank.
  • Store Credit: If you opted for store credit, a digital gift card will be emailed to you immediately after processing.

EXCHANGE

– We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a full refund (following the policy above) and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive the correct item quickly.

DEFECTIVE and INCORRECT ITEMS

– If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect (not what you ordered), please contact our Customer Service team immediately at [customer-care@inkandchic.com] within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will cover all shipping costs to return the defective/incorrect item and ship the correct replacement item.
  • We may require photo proof of the defect or error.

SALE and PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

  • Regular Sale Items: Items purchased at a discount (but not listed as Final Sale) can be returned for store credit only.
  • Clearance/Final Sale Items: All items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" (including those mentioned in Section 2) cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
